With our service, your phone gets answered by a friendly, professional receptionist who has access to a database of information about your church
to answer questions that may be needed on the phone. This service gives your church a professional presence in the community, gets timely answers to questions
about your church, and frees up the pastor's time from having to have phone calls forwarded to a cell phone.

Bookkeeping Service
Our bookkeeping service is set up to provide as safe, sercure, consistent and timely program to keep your churches books. We have a convenient website portal setup for the churches to provide us with information, and that is all there is. The pastor of the church or his designee simply logs in to our portal, selects the bookkeeping option, and either submits a deposit amount, or requests a bill be paid. We automatically debit your account for the amount of the payment and send the check to the appropriate payee. It's that simple!
Website Design & Maintenance
We have designed a simple and easy solution to get your church on the web as well. We don't use templates or processes that make your church look just like the one down the street. We create a completely custom site for your church to fit the image and style of your church. We also set up a simple, easy to use Content Management System which allows you to update and edit your site. This is all accessed through our MyChurch Portal System.
Membership Database
We have partnered with churchledger.net to provide a simple, easy, reliable solution to keep your church membership records. The database is accessed through our MyChurch Portal System and all records are kept in a safe, secure online host. These records are password protected and can be accessed from anywhere you have an Internet connection.
